ensure your problems or questions are resolved promptly. A high degree of
technology has been used that ensures all support calls will be received
by consultants even if they are away from the office at a client's site.
The information and assistance is provided free of charge to all clients.
Computing Explained's founding principal is to educate people in the use and
understanding of computing so that they become more confident in using PC's and
become able to use computers for their own advantage in an efficient manner.
There are a number of articles covering a wide range of topics from hardware
explanations and upgrading, operating system tips and tricks, Microsoft Office
tips and tricks, as well as information regarding possible uses of other free
software we recommend.
Computing Explained actively seeks suggestions for new topics from clients. We
use support calls as a basis in most cases, but we are keen to hear from anyone
who would like information on issues that matter to them personally. Hopefully,
this means that the articles are important and relevant.
The articles are also updated regularly, so it is highly recommended that this
area is revisited often. We do not wish to bombard people's inboxes with
